Repair Procedures: Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE:
    • Use the color of sentence and line on module to identify curtain airbag.
      • Left side: Blue label
      • Right side: Red label
    • Never twist the airbag module when installing it. If the module is twisted, the airbag module may operate abnormally.
  2. After installing the airbag module, confirm proper system operation:

    Switch "ON" the ignition. The SRS indicator light should turn on for about six seconds and then off.
