DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Reference point monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty ignition coil
  • Faulty PCM
Enable Conditions
  • 3s elapsed after catalyst heating is active
  • Barometric pressure is higher than 750 hPa
  • Engine load is lower than 55%
  • Vehicle speed is same as 0 km/h (0 mph)
Threshold Value
  • Deviation of average ignition efficiency during 10s (Actual efficiency-Target efficiency) is higher than threshold
Diagnostic Time
  • 10s
MIL ON Condition
  • 3 driving cycles
