DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the signal
  • Poor Connector Connection
  • Open circuit of the Inhibitor Switch Circuit or short circuit to the ground
  • Faulty Inhibitor Switch
  • Faulty PCM
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V
Threshold Value
  • Short circuit of the S1, S2 to the ground
Detecting Time
  • 4s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
