Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable, and wait for at least three minutes before beginning to work.
  2. Remove the crash pad lower panel.

    (Refer to Body (Interior and Exterior) - "CRASH PAD LOWER PANEL ")

  3. Loosen the nuts (A) and then disconnect the connector (B).

    Tightening torque: 

    6.0 - 8.0 N.m (0.6 - 1.2 kgf.m, 4.4 - 5.9 lb.ft)
