Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the brake fluid level switch connector (A) and then remove the reservoir cap.

  2. Remove the front/rear wheel & tire.

  3. Remove the brake hose clip (A).
  4. Disconnect the brake tube by loosening the tube flare nut (B).

    Tightening torque: 

    13.7 - 16.7 N.m (1.4 - 1.7 kgf.m, 10.1 - 12.3 lb.ft)

  5. Loosen the brake hose bolt (A) from the caliper and then disconnect the hose.
