Repair Procedures: Installation

Install the water pump (A) and a new gasket with the bolts.
Tighten the bolts with the order blow.

Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)

Install the water pump pulley (A) with the four bolts.
Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)

NOTE: Tighten the bolts diagonally.
Install the drive belt.
(Refer to Timing System - " DRIVE BELT ")
Fill with engine coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - " COOLANT ")
Start engine and check for leaks.
Recheck engine coolant level.
