Check Open In CAN Communication Line.

  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect LDWS/LKAS Module connector and AEB Module, AEB Radar connector.
  3. Measure the resistance between Pin No. 10 (Local-CAN high) terminal of LDWS/LKAS Module harness connector and Pin No. 1 (Local-CAN high) terminal of AEB Module harness connector.
  4. Measure the resistance between Pin No. 9 (Local-CAN low) terminal of LDWS/LKAS Module harness connector and Pin No. 2 (Local-CAN low) terminal of AEB Module harness connector.
  5. Measure the resistance between Pin No. 10 (Local-CAN high) terminal of LDWS/LKAS Module harness connector and Pin No. 8 (Local-CAN high) terminal of AEB Radar harness connector.
  6. Measure the resistance between Pin No. 9 (Local-CAN low) terminal of LDWS/LKAS Module harness connector and Pin No. 7 (Local-CAN low) terminal of AEB Radar harness connector.

    Specification:  below 1Ω

  7. Is the measured value within specification?

    YES 

    • Check LDWS/LKAS, AEB Module, AEB Radar connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
