DTC C1817-87: CAN Signal Error Gateway: General Description

CGW carries out the 1st (lighting) and 2nd (flashing+sound) controls using the turn signal information, receives Autolight information and controls lighting and flashing brightness of left and right indicators (side mirror).

* (MT vehicle- CGW)/ (AT vehicle-TCU) contains reverse gear information, so it detects a vehicle approaching from the left and right side in the rear or side at the time of driving the vehicle in reverse and gives an alarm to the driver. (RCTA: Rear Cross Traffic Alert Function)
