Ground Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF" & Disconnect ETC Motor & TPS connector.
- Ignition "ON".
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 6 (TPS1 Signal) terminal of ETC Motor & TPS harness connector and chassis ground (A).
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 6 (TPS1 Signal) terminal and Pin No. 4 (TPS1 Ground) terminal of the ETC Motor & TPS (B).
Specification: "A" - "B" = Below 200mV
- Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "Component inspection " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
