Signal Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF" & Disconnect IATS connector.
- Ignition "ON"
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 3 (signal) terminal of IATS harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : Approx. 5V
- Ignition "OFF" & Disconnect ECM connector.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 3 (signal) terminal of IATS harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : ∞ (infinite)Ω
- Is the measured Value within specification?
YES
- Go to "Component Inspection " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
