Component Inspection

Check IATS Performance 

1. Ignition "OFF"
2. Disconnect IATS connector.
3. Measure resistance between Pin No. 3 (signal) and Pin No. 4 (ground) of the IATS. (Component Side)

   Specification  : Approx. 1.5kΩ at 83.3°F (28.5°C)

4. Does the IATS operate properly? (Check variation)

   YES 

   • Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

   NO 

   • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
   • If problem still occurs, replace IATS and then go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
