Inspection-1. Reproduce The Symptom

  1. Does the tailgate operate normally when pressing the tailgate open button or the smart key?
Yes
  • It was a temporary problem between the IGPM and other related components. It can be determined that the tailgate is working normally.
No
  • Connect the KDS and select [Data Analysis] under S/W Management. Please refer to "Inspection-2." below.
