DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Determines if actual torque is extremely different from desired torque
  1. Intake air leakage
  2. Faulty ETC System
  3. Clogged exhaust system
  4. Faulty PCM
Enable Conditions
  • Engine "ON"
Threshold Value
  • Dynamic torque error.

    Net torque is greater than 20Nm or torque throttle load is greater than 1%.

    Desired ETC throttle position is less than 0%.

  • Steady state torque error is greater than 70 Nm.

    Actual net torque is greater than 20Nm.

    Steady state torque error is less than -700 Nm.

    Desired ETC throttle position is less than 0%.
