Monitor DTC Status

  1. Connect KDS/GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. Ignition "ON"
  3. Monitor "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)  " with KDS/GDS.

  4. Is DTC status displayed as Present?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in "SJB"'s connector or was repaired and "BCM" memory was not cleared after repair.
    • Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
    • Repair or replace as necessary, go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
