Signal Circuit Inspection

  1. Ignition "OFF"
  2. Disconnect Battery (-) terminal.
  3. Refer to BATTERY SENSOR and ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM) and disconnect Battery Sensor and PCM connector.
  4. Measure resistance between Pin No. 1 (Signal) terminal of Battery Sensor harness connector and Pin No. 32 (Signal) terminal of ECM/PCM harness connector.

    Specification  : Approx. below 1Ω

  5. Is measured value within specification?

    YES 

    NO
