Main Relay Actuation Test

  1. Connect KDS/GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. Ignition "ON" and Engine "OFF".
  3. Perform "Actuation Test"  for "Main Relay".

    Specification:  Refer to Figure below

  4. Is the battery voltage within specification?

    YES 

    • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
    • If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, Replace the PCM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

    NO 

    • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
    • If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, Replace the EMS Box and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
