DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the fuel pressure sensor's signal
  1. Poor Connection
  2. Open or Short to Ground in Signal
  3. Fuel pressure sensor
  4. Fuel pump control module (FPCM)
Enable Conditions
  • Target fuel pressure is higher than 250kpa and lower than 600kpa
  • Engine Running
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V
Threshold Value
  • Fuel pressure sensor power voltage is less than 4.5V
Diagnostic Time
  • 5s
MIL ON Condition
  • NO MIL
