DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical Monitoring
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Short to Ground or Open in Fuel Level Sender Signal Circuit
  3. Faulty Fuel Level Sender
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage higher than 11V and lower than 16V
  • 2000s delay when failure present
Threshold Value
  • Fuel Tank Level Signal Voltage higher than 4.84V
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
Mil On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles.
