DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical monitoring
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Short to Battery or Open in Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Signal Circuit
  3. Faulty Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage lower than 11V and higher than 16V
  • No relevant DTC present
Threshold value
  • Fuel Tank Pressure Signal lower than higher than 4.9V
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Driving cycles
