DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal Rationality Monitoring
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Open or Short in CKPS Circuit
  3. Damaged to the connecting flange or flywheel
  4. Misadjust crankshaft and camshaft pulley position
  5. Faulty CKPS
Enable Condition
  • Engine synchronized
  • Engine speed higher than 480 RPM
Threshold Value Case 1
  • Number of missing/additional teeth is equal to 1
Case 2
  • Number of missing/additional teeth more than or equal to 2
Diagnostic Time Case 1
  • 5Revs
Case 2
  • 3Revs
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycle
