DTC C2223-86: MDPS Steering Control Failure: General Description

MFC/LKAS is a steering assisting unit that helps keep the lane by steering control, in which MDPS serves as an actuator of steering control. For this reason, MFC/LKAS should keep monitoring on MDPS operation for control purpose and check CAN signals for missing or abnormal signals.
