DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical check
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Intermittent short circuit in VCM signal circuit
  3. Faulty VCM position sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage higher than 11V and lower than 16V
  • Port flap PWM
  • Delay after port flap PWM is smaller than upper threshold higher than 0.5s.
Threshold Value
  • Port flap feedback signal is higher than 4.858V.
Diagnostic Time
  • 0.2 sec.
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Driving cycles
