DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Plausibility check
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Faulty TPS1 or TPS2 Sensor.
  3. Faulty MAP Sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed during engine start higher than 640 to 960 RPM depending on start ECT
  • No TPS adaptation request
  • No relevant DTC present
Threshold Value
  • Deviation of TPS2 and TPS1 is higher than 7.6%
Diagnostic Time
  • 0.3s.
MIL ON Condition
  • 1 Driving cycle
