Power Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF"
- Refer to REMOVAL and disconnect Rain Sensor connector.
- Ignition "ON"
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 1 (Power) terminal of Rain Sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. 12 V
- Is the measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "Ground Circuit Inspection " procedure.
NO
- Repair open or short in power circuit between Rain Sensor and Battery and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
