Repair Procedures: Replacement

  1. Remove the Crankshaft Damper Pulley.

    (Refer to Timing System - "CRANKSHAFT DAMPER PULLEY ")

  2. Remove the front oil seal (A).

  3. Using the SST (09455-21200) (A), install a new front oil seal.

    NOTE: Do not reuse the front oil seal.
    NOTE: Insert the oil seal into the timing chain cover as displayed in image below.
