DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

    • Engine start system
    • Generator (HSG) system
    • Generator (HSG) belt
    • Engine ignition system
    • Engine fuel system
    • Engine mechanical system
  • Case 2
    • EMS
Info Code Inspection
  • Refer to 'HCU Fault Information 1 ~ 10' in the sensor data of the diagnostic unit HCU Error Code .
Case 1 Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Auxiliary battery voltage is between 10V and 16V
  • HCU Ready
  • HEV Ready
  • No CAN communication fault
Threshold Value
  • HSG cranking fail count is more than 2 times (Cranking Fail)

  • 103
Case 2 Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Auxiliary battery voltage is between 10V and 16V
  • HCU Ready
  • HEV Ready
  • No CAN communication fault
Threshold Value
  • Engine system state is 'not ready' for 7.5s

Case 3 Enable Conditions
  • Zone with abnormal engine idle
  • Clutch phase open
  • Coolant temperature is higher than -30°C (-22°F)
Threshold Value
  • In case engine stall is maintained below 350 - 450 RPM (according to the coolant temperature) for 2.4s (more than 3 times)
