Circuit Inspection

LDWS ECU SYSTEM SPECIFICATION

Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Wait for approx. 4min.
 LDWS ECU connector 12 (C-CAN High) LDWS ECU connector 4 (C-CAN Low) Approx. 60Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 IGPM 4 (C-CAN High) IGPM 3 (C-CAN Low) Approx. 120Ω
  1. Ignition "ON".
 CLU 33 (C-CAN High) CLU 32 (C-CAN Low) Approx. 120Ω

Good 
  • Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensors and/or ECM's connector or was repaired and ECM memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
No Good 
  • If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the CGW and go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
