Power Circuit Inspection

Check For An Open Or Short Circuit In The WCS Power Circuit.
- Disconnect WCS connector from wiring harness.
- Ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF".
- Measure voltage between terminal "supply voltage" and chassis ground.
Specification : Battery Voltage
- Measure voltage between terminal "supply voltage" and chassis ground.
- Is the measured voltage within specifications?
YES
- Go to "CAN COMMUNICATION LINE INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Substitute the SRSCM or WCS Module and check for proper operation.
If the problem is corrected, replace SRSCM or WCS Module and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure and Go to "WCS RESET " procedure.
