Repair Procedures: Replacement
CAUTION:
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
NOTE:
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.
- Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
- Remove the center fascia panel.
(Refer to Crash Pad - "CENTER FASCIA PANEL ")
- Remove the cluster fascia panel.
(Refer to Crash Pad - "CLUSTER FASCIA PANEL ")
- After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the drive airvent duct assembly (A).
- After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the clock fascia panel (A).
- Disconnect the clock switch connector (A).
- After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the center airvent duct assembly [RH] (A).
- Remove the in-car hose (A).
- Disconnect the in-car sensor connector (B).
- After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the crash pad upper panel (A).
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
Information
- Make sure the connector are connected in properly.
- Replace any damaged clips.
