Check Open In Signal Circuit
- Ignition "OFF"
- Disconnect the Oil Pressure Switch and ECM connector.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 4 (Oil Pressure Sensor Signal) terminal of Oil Pressure Switch harness connector and Pin No. 72 (Oil Pressure Sensor) terminal of ECM harness connector.
Specification: Approx. below 1Ω
- Is the measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair as necessary and go to "Verification Of REPAIR " procedure.
