Check FLS Resistance

  1. Refer to FUEL SENDER REMOVAL and remove Fuel Pump (Fuel Sender) Unit.
  2. Move the Fuel Sender by hands and monitor "Fuel Level" parameter in "Current Data" with KDS/GDS.
  3. Is the value changes as fuel sender is moved?

    Specification:  Refer to Fig 1

  4. Are the parameters displayed correctly?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
    • If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the Fuel Pump (Fuel Sender) and go to "Verification Of REPAIR " procedure.
