Ground Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF" & Disconnect ETC Motor & TPS connector.
- Ignition "ON".
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 4 (TPS.2 Signal) terminal of ETC Motor & TPS harness connector and chassis ground. (A)
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 4 (TPS.2 Signal) Terminal And Pin No. 3 (TPS ground) terminal of the ETC Motor & TPS. (B)
Specification: "A" - "B" = Below 200mV
- Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "Verification Of REPAIR " procedure.
