DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical monitoring
  1. Fuel pressure control valve associated wiring contact defect
  2. Fuel pressure control valve circuit open
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage higher than 10V and lower than 16V
  • Stop operation of the high pressure pump
  • Engine speed is below 816RPM
Threshold Value
  • Control circuit is open
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous inspection
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
