Repair Procedures: Replacement

CAUTION:

NOTE:

When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver or using a prying trim tool, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts to prevent damage.
Be careful not to scratch the body surface.

Remove the clip (A) and then remove the trunk lid hinge cover (B).

Using a remover, separate the trunk lid switch (A).

Disconnect the connector (A) and then remove the trunk lid switch (B).

After loosening the mounting screw and clips, remove the trunk lid trim (A).

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Replace any damaged clips.
