- Intake system restriction
- Exhaust system restriction
- Engine mechanical problem
- Slugged throttle body

YES
- Repair as necessary and then go to "Verification Of REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
- Go to "Verification Of REPAIR " procedure.
