Power Trunk Lid Module & Drive Unit
- Tighten the power trunk lid module & drive unit mounting bolts and nuts.
Tightening torque:
21.6 - 26.5 Nm (2.2 - 2.7 kgfm, 15.9 - 19. 5 lbft)
- Install the push rod in the hinge ball joint.
- Connect the driver unit connectors.
- Install the left luggage side trim.
- Check that the power trunk operates properly after connecting the negative (-) battery terminal.

- Make sure that the connectors are plugged in properly.
- Check that the power trunk lid operates properly.
CAUTION:
- If the drive unit mounting bolt gets lost and it still remains inside the chassis, the rattling noise caused by the bolt may lead to customer complaints.
- Do not operate the power trunk module with the power connected while the push rod is removed.
- When changing the trunk module and drive unit, always perform the parameter saving process.
- Reset the power trunk module whenever a job is performed with the battery removed.
- Always check for normal operation when a power trunk module related part is changed.
- When abnormal system operation is found, check the DTC Code and the connection of the wiring and cable.
