Signal Circuit Inspection

Ignition "OFF"
Refer to "BATTERY SENSOR " and disconnect Battery Sensor connector.
Ignition "ON"
Measure voltage between Pin No. 1 (Signal) terminal of Battery Sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Refer to Fig 1 below

Is measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "Control Circuit Inspection" procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
