Repair Procedures: Replacement

CAUTION:
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
NOTE:
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from damaging the surface.
- Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
- Pull up the front seat headrest by pressing the power seat control switch.
- Pull up the front seat headrest (A).
- Remove the front seat assembly.
(Proceed to Front Seat - "FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY ")
- Remove the front seat rear shield outer cover.
(Proceed to Front Seat - "FRONT SEAT SHIELD OUTER COVER ")
- Disconnect the front seat under lamp connector (A).
- Press the clip (B) on top to remove the front seat back board (A).NOTE:
- Put in a flat-tip screwdriver into the gap on top of the front seat back and then push it to the front to remove the front seat back board.
- Be careful not to damage the clip.
- Disconnect the air ventilation seat duct connector (A).
- After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the air ventilation seat duct (B).
- Pull out the protector (A) by the front seat back frame.
- Pull out the front seat back lower protector (A).
- Pull up the front seat headrest guides (A).
- Remove the front seat back cover (A) from the front seat back frame.
- After removing the Velcro tape (A) on the front of seat back and remove the front seat back cover (B).
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
Information
- Make sure the connector is connected properly.
- Replace any damage clips.
