Ground Circuit Inspection

- IG "OFF".
- Disconnect Battery (-) terminal.
- Refer to " FUEL PUMP CONTROL MODULE (FPCM) " and disconnect Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM) connector.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 3 (Ground) terminal of FPCM harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. below 1 Ω
- Is measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair open in ground circuit between FPCM and chassis ground and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
