DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  1. Faulty B-CAN High circuit short to ground
  2. Faulty B-CAN High circuit short to B+
  3. Faulty B-CAN Low circuit short to ground
  4. Faulty B-CAN Low circuit short to B+
  5. Faulty for Both B-CAN High and B-CAN low circuits short to Ground or Battery.
Enable Conditions
  • Engine "ON"
Threshold Value
  • If there is an CAN message in the B-CAN lines
