Repair Procedures: Replacement

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Recover the refrigerant with a recovery/charging station.
  3. Disconnect the suction hose (B) after loosening the nut (A).

  4. Disconnect the A/C pressure transducer connector (A).

  5. Remove the A/C pressure transducer (A).

    Tightening torque: 

    10 ~ 12 N.m (1.02 ~ 1.22 kgf.m, 7.4 ~ 8.8 lb-ft)

    CAUTION: Be careful not to bend the liquid & suction pipe.
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE: When installing, replace it with a new O-ring (A).
