Repair Procedures: Replacement

CAUTION:
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
NOTE:
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from damaging the surface.
- Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
- Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.
(Proceed to Rear Seat - "REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY ")
- Remove the rear seat back assembly.
(Proceed to Rear Seat - "REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY ")
- Disconnect the rear seat frame mounting connector (A).
- After loosening the mounting bolts and nuts, then remove the rear seat frame assembly (A).
Tightening Torque:
Bolts: 16.7 ~ 25.5 N.m (1.7 ~ 2.6 kgf.m, 12.3 ~18.8 lb-ft)
Nuts: 12.7 ~ 18.6 N.m (1.3 ~ 1.9 kgf.m, 9.4 ~13.7 lb-ft)
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
Information
- Make sure the connector is connected properly.
- Replace any damage clips.
