DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Abnormal end monitoring
  1. Poor connector and wiring in power circuit
  2. Poor ground circuit
  3. MDPS module
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • Abnormal end is detected at ECU for more than 50 times
Fail Safe
  • Warning lamp "OFF", MDPS is operating normally
Restoration Conditions
  • Normal condition after normal end
