DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Faulty C-CAN

    Communication Circuit

  3. Faulty PCM
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed higher than 32RPM (Engine running)
  • Battery voltage higher than 10V
  • 0.5s delay time after ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • FATC message is not received for 500ms.
Diagnostic Time
  • 2s.
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving cycles
