Signal Circuit Inspection

  1. IG "OFF" and disconnect HO2S (B1S1) connector.
  2. IG "ON".
  3. Measure voltage between Pin No. 1 (high) terminal of HO2S (B1S1) harness connector and chassis ground.

    Measure voltage between Pin No. 2 (low) terminal of HO2S (B1S1) harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  0.5 (high) & 0V (low)

  4. IG "OFF" & Disconnect ECM connector.
  5. Measure resistance between Pin No. 1 (high) terminal of HO2S (B1S1) harness connector and chassis ground.

    Measure resistance between Pin No. 2 (low) terminal of HO2S (B1S1) harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  ∞

  6. Is the measured Value within specification?

    YES 

    NO
