DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal check, high
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short to power in signal circuit
  3. Open in ground circuit
  4. IATS
Enable Conditions
  • ECT at Start ≥ - 30°C
  • After ECT > 70°C & Air mass < 20 kg/h & Vehicle speed < 6.2mph condition for 10 sec.
Threshold Value
  • Input signal voltage of IATS > 4.93V (< -34.8 °C)
Diagnosis Time
  • -
MIL On Condition
  • 2 trips
