SERVICE INFORMATION
Kia Motors America requires a core return on engines replaced under warranty. A requirement for PWA cases is that the WRTY143 form be completed and attached to the PWA case prior to the Tech Line agent authorizing the request. The following example illustrates the fields (in red) which MUST be filled out prior to Tech Line authorizing the PWA:
The remainder of the fields which apply to the case also need to be completed. Attach the completed form to the RO along with the return shipment for core credit.
