Repair procedures: Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
  2. Remove the front bumper.

    (Refer to Body - "FRONT BUMPER ")

  3. Disconnect the smart cruise control unit connector (A).

  4. Loosen the nuts (A) and bolt (B), and then remove the smart cruise control unit assembly (C) from the vehicle.
