R-6: Bluetooth Not Pairing

  1. Check the kind of phone which customer uses. (Compare with the compatibility list)

    OK 

    • It can not be pair for the model which is not in the compatibility list.

    NG 

    • Go to step 2
  2. Try to pair to other phone.

    OK 

    • If the bluetooth in normal operating, it is the problem of phone compatibility.

    NG 

    • Go to step 3
  3. Replace the Audio H/U.
