BoSe(Occupant Detect System) classifies passenger to Class 1 (Empty, CRS) or Class2 (Adult) and sends data to SRSCM. It also sends self diagnostics fault to SRSCM and if code B1490 is stored in the SRSCM one must check self diagnostics data on BoSe menu.
- Passenger side Body sense sensor (ECU) or seat cushion assy(except of seat track assy) is replaced.
- The telltale lamp is not illuminated when the passenger seat is not occupied.
- The telltale lamp is delayed more than 10 seconds to be turned off when an adult passenger seats in.
